My name is Julia and I’ve been practicing yoga for the last 8 years. I’ve practiced yoga through my pregnancy with the strict guidance of pregnancy yoga master, gynecology and many other consultants. Practicing yoga during pregnancy was done carefully with every Asana and angle of position, to avoid hazard to the baby or the mother, and was cataloged on cards after tests and precautions have been done.

This website was built out of personal experience and while training and self learning with every Asana during the various phases of pregnancy.

Numerous times have I met beginners or experienced yoga trainees which do not want to pay a lot of money or leave home to practice yoga. These yoga enthusiasts search for an efficient, cost worthy and high quality way to practice yoga any where they choose (even on the beach where there is no TV to use the DVD). Also, there is no good direct answer online. That is why I have come up with the easy Yoga Cards, to carry in the purse or wallet and taking them out and using them anywhere, as distinct as may be. These cards were made out of practicing, love and understanding the feminine body and mind during pregnancy.

Yoga during pregnancy has helped me personally during the pregnancy and all its phases to feel and look great.

I’ve prepared a personal program for me with all the Asanas suitable for pregnancy, and with these Asanas detailed in the cards I was able to practice yoga anywhere – vacations, trips, breaks at work and anywhere wanted. The big advantage is I have arranged the Asanas in a specific order, and if I wanted some diversion I would just mix the cards, any way I wanted.

The pregnancy period was a great, healthy, calm and hypnotizing time.

Thanks to the wonders of yoga which have prepared me to a healthy and easy as possible birth.
